Green Meadows Farm's Winter Farm School shows kids that the work on the farm isn't over in the winter.
Winter Farm School at Green Meadows Farm in Hamilton last week included livestock manager Robin O'Neil teaching parents and their children about life on the farm during the winter. The kids learned about keeping sheep happy during the winter months - especially the pregnant sheep. They also learned about keeping chickens through the winter. Even though it was raining, a large group of eager kids and parents were present.

A Snow White-themed tea party featuring the talents of Carole Finn-Weidman entertained children and their parents on Wednesday at the Wenham Tea House.
Carole Finn-Weidman - playing Snow White - entertained the children at the Wenham Tea House on Wednesday with interactive stories, games, song and crafts while parents had a chance to socialize too.

Suzy Snowflake taught the "intricate art of folding and cutting snowflakes" using recycled paper at Wenham Museum last weekend.
Families created yet another blizzard on Saturday at the Wenham Museum - this time it was only with recycled paper. Suzy Snowflake, a museum volunteer, taught the "intricate art of folding and cutting snowflakes" to the delights of the crowd.

In was another snow day on Wednesday in Hamilton-Wenham, with the second round of a two day storm delivering not just snow but also sleet, freezing rain and rain.
