Warm: Monday’s weather forecast serves up a mix of all sorts – above all it will be warm, with a high temperature close to 50 degrees. The day will start out with fog and clouds and the sun is expected to come out in the afternoon. It will also be gusty. 2. Bullying: Elementary parents on Monday night will get a look at the new anti-bullying program that is being adopted in the schools, called Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. Hamilton Hoops Player Comes Home for Sweet 16 Matchup

Michael Carter-Williams joins the Syracuse University basketball team in the Sweet 16 game versus Wisconsin on Thursday night at the TD Garden.

A Hamilton native is coming home on Thursday night as his joins the top-ranked Syracuse University basketball team in the Sweet 16 at the TD Garden in Boston. Carter-William’s mother, Mandy Carter-Zegarowski of Hamilton, said her son was given four tickets to the game versus Wisconsin and he got four other tickets from teammates. "They usually help each other out, depending on the part of the country they are in," she said. Syracuse, ranked No. 2 in the country and the No. 1 tournament seed in the East, faces Wisconsion at 7:15 p.m. The game airs on CBS (channel 4). Carter-Williams played his freshman year at Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School and then the next three years of high school basketball at St. Andrew's School in Rhode Island…

Today is Thursday, Dec. 29. Here are five things you need to know: 1. Cold: Thursday is forecasted to be “cold,” but it is a relative term in what has so far been a relatively warm and snowless winter.
