Cool: Thursday won’t be the greatest day weatherwise – another dreary, cool day.  There’s a greater chance of showers earlier with a better chance of the sun poking through in the afternoon with temperatures in the 50s. 2. Election: Wenham voters go to the polls on Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to noon at Buker Elementary School for the annual town elections. The only contested race on the ballot is for Hamilton-Wenham Regional School Committee, where five candidates – all newcomers – are seeking three spots on the committee. The new program affects almost every resident of the two towns and the program’s changes are going into place all week long. It started in Wenham on Monday and continues on Tuesday in Wenham before beginning on Wednesday in Hamilton - all on the regular collection day. Trash, recycling and organics collection will happen weekly in Wenham, while this week there will be just recycling and organics collection in Hamilton.
