The eighth president in the history of Gordon College, D. Michael Lindsay, was inaugurated at the Wenham campus on Friday afternoon.

Gordon College President D. Michael Lindsay was inagurated on Friday afternoon, becoming the college's eighth presidnet. Lindsay comes to the Chrsitian liberal arts college in Wenham from Rice University, where he was a sociology professor. Lindsay, who officially began on the job this past summer, tookover for R. Judson Carlberg, who retired last year after working at the college for 35 years, including his last 19 years as president.
