The General Gao chicken is a favorite at Fortune Palace II, which sits along the causeway in Essex. Customers can choose to make it hot or not. Another dish that many people like is the triple nut delight, manager Fang Lau said. It includes chicken, beef and shrimp served with cashew nuts, honey walnuts and peanuts.
