Today is Monday, Jan. 14. Here are five things you need to know in Hamilton and Wenham: 1. Warm: Monday’s weather forecast serves up a mix of all sorts – above all it will be warm, with a high temperature close to 50 degrees. The day will start out with fog and clouds and the sun is expected to come out in the afternoon. It will also be gusty. 2. Bullying: Elementary parents on Monday night will get a look at the new anti-bullying program that is being adopted in the schools, called Olweus Bullying Prevention Program. The evening session, which starts at 7 p.m. at Buker Elementary School, will introduce the program and go over baseline data collected in October. 3. Hamilton and Wenham residents have Bruins spirit as the B's head into a key game four match-up with the Canucks in the Stanley Cup finals in Boston on Wednesday night.

The Boston Bruins have the full support of Hamilton and Wenham in their quest for the Stanley Cup – and we have the pictures to prove it. Earlier this week we asked readers to send us their Bruins photos and they responded. Click through the photo gallery to see some of the local B’s fan as everyone get ready to cheer on the team as they go for a win to tie up the series on Wednesday night before the two teams head back to Canada for game five.

Today is Thursday, May 26. Here are five things you need to know: 1. Weather: Thursday is forecasted to be mostly sunny with temperatures in the 70s. But we can’t resist looking ahead – sun and 80s for the weekend. 2. Hamilton Election: The polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the Hamilton local election on Thursday at Winthrop Elementary School. There are contested races for Board of Selectmen and School Committee plus a Proposition 2-1/2 debt exclusion override question, plus several uncontested races. 3. Rover Night: Some talented physics students at Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School will show off their skills in a real life display of their skills Thursday night at 6 p.m. at the school. 4. Today is Monday, April 25. Here are five things you need to know: 1. Weather: After an absolutely spectacular Easter Sunday, Monday won’t be so delightful. The forecast calls for clouds and showers with temperatures getting into the low 50s. 2. Generals Sports: Every high school sports team is back in action this week. While the boys’ lacrosse and baseball teams saw during last week's April vacation, some teams – like the tennis teams – were without any matches last week.
