Vigil for Newtown Elementary Victims in Beverly Friday Night
A vigil for the Newtown, Conn. shooting victim will be held at nearby Beverly Common.
In the wake of the Newtown, Conn. shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, a moment of silence is planned at Beverly Common on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Hamilton-Wenham Patch has not learned of any similar event in the two towns, but if one is organized we will bring you the details. "Meet on the Beverly commons, BYOC..bring your own candle. No talk, just try to meet up at 6:30, flick on a few lights, and disperse. If you aren't in Beverly, and want or need to be there, be there in spirit," the event says on Facebook.
