Taking pictures on the first day of school in a tradition in most families. With school starting this week, share your first day of school photos with us.

The first day of school is one of the most photographed moments in a child’s life. And with the first day this week for the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District – as well as many private schools – share your first day pictures with us. As part of this story is a photo of the first day of pre-school for Hamilton-Wenham Patch Editor Bobby Gates who was headed to Austen Nursery School in Amherst, N.H. on Sept. 10, 1981.
