The Exchange at the Wenham Tea House

Nestled in a cozy little corner of downtown Wenham, Massachusetts, the Wenham Tea House offers a wide variety of services, including but not limited to breakfast and lunch served Tuesday through Friday from 8am to 2pm, afternoon tea service from 2:30pm to 4:15pm Tuesday through Friday, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 2pm, a gift shop and more. In addition to its normal restaurant operations, The Exchange also offers venue space for private events, an on-site florist to custom tailor arrangements and center pieces, white tent setup options and a culinary and event team to assist with events.
The Wenham Tea House is available to rent at all day Monday, Tuesday through Friday between 6pm to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm. Its outdoor patio is available to seat an additional 70 people for more community involvement, offering occasional and special gourmet wine dinners, port wine and cigar tastings, midsummer night parties, fascinator hat parties mixology courses, wine tastings, scotch and sirloin nights and more.
