Monday Essentials: Last Chance to Review a Book and Win a Prize

A look at five things to know to get Monday and the week started from Hamilton-Wenham Patch.

It is Monday, Aug. 12. Here are five things you need to know in Hamilton and Wenham:

1. Sun: The sun should dominate the sky on Monday, with the possibly of a few clouds around as temperatures are in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees. The weather is forecasted to go downhill by Tuesday afternoon, when rain is expected to move in. Wednesday through Friday is looking to be some great late summer days weatherwise.

2. Low Number Plates: Do you sometimes see a car with a low license plate and wonder how they got it? Well, just about anyone has a chance and the deadline to get that chance on Monday. There are 140 low number license plates available, including plate numbers Z7, 740, and 6868. To get a chance at the plates, download a form from the Registry of Motor Vehicles website and make sure it is postmarked on Monday.
