Little Leaguers Enter Williamsport Tournament
The Hamilton-Wenham Little League enters the tournament this week.
The Hamilton-Wenham Little League Williamsport team has been selected and began its tournament run and was scheduled to start on Wednesday against Danvers National. The game was rained out and rescheduled for Friday night.
The team will then play Ipswich on Saturday at Cheeseman Field at Pingree Park in Wenham. The team then takes on Topsfield on July 1 and Amesbury on July 2.
After pool play section, the two top teams advance into the elimination bracket for District 15.
