High School Sports Postponed on Tuesday
All of the Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School sports contests scheduled for Tuesday afternoon have been postponed.
The high school track meet at Ipswich and basketball games versus Newburyport on Tuesday have been postponed, Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School Athletic Director Craig Genualdo tweeted at about 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The boys basketball teams were scheduled to play at home - freshman at 3:30 p.m. at the Recreation Center, junior varsity at 5 p.m. at the high school and varsity at 6:30 p.m. at the high school. The girls teams were scheduled to play in Newburyport.
The boys and girls track teams were scheduled to face Masconomet Regional High School at Ipswich High School on Tuesday. The meet has been postponed.
All six of Tuesday's basketball games will be played on Wednesday at the same locations and times.
A new date for the track meet has not be announced.
