Goalkeeper Besse Headed to Div. 2 Stonehill
The Generals' boys' soccer starting goalkeeper for the past three seasons is headed to Stonehill College this fall.
Luke Besse, a 2012 graduate of , is headed to where he will play soccer.
At the Regional, Besse was a three-year varsity starter on the Generals boys' soccer team, serving as captain senior year. Besse was also awarded the coaches award freshman and senior year.
Beese was part of the 2010 Cape Ann League Champion team and helped lead the team to appearances in the state tournament all three years as the starting keeper.

Cape Ann League honors for Besse also included being named an All-Star his junior and senior year and All-League Player his senior year.
He ended the year with a .69 goals against average.

Besse was also named to the Boston Globe and Salem Evening News All-Star Team his senior year and a runner-up junior year.
Besides his play at the Regional, he was the starting keeper and captain for Aztec Club all four years and led the Aztec team to several tournament wins.
Besse is the son of Tod and Jackie Besse of Hamilton and his sister, Paige, is a senior at Suffolk University. His favorite team as Arsenal (of the English Premiere League) and his favorite player is Joe Hart.
