Boys' Lax Hopes to Avenge CAL Losses in Week Ahead for Generals Sports

A look at the week ahead for Generals sports team, which includes home games for the boys' and girls' lacrosse teams and a home track meet versus Ipswich.

The boys’ lacrosse team plays at home twice this week against Cape Ann League opponents who beat them on the road earlier this year. North Andover comes to the Regional on Monday and Masconomet arrives on Friday.

Rival Ipswich is on the calendar twice this week – the track team hosts a meet versus Ipswich on Tuesday and girls’ lacrosse hosts the Tigers on Wednesday.

The baseball team travels to Lynnfield on Tuesday to face Cape Ann League opponents Lynnfield, the team the Generals beat earlier this year for the first win of the season.

The boys’ tennis team, which has already clinched a postseason berth, is scheduled to play Cape Ann League opponents Newburyport on Monday and Pentucket on Friday, both on the road. The team is at home on Wednesday versus Manchester-Essex.
