VIDEO: Regional Grad's Show Debuts on Oprah Network Saturday

Kristina Cozmic, a 1997 Regional graduate, will debut her new cooking show on Oprah's network on Saturday at noon.

Kristina Kuzmic-Crocco’s show is called “The Ambush Cook” and will air for the first time at noon on Saturday. The idea behind the show is that Kuzmic-Crocco “ambushes” people who think they are too busy to cook and shows them some easy meals.

“My biggest desire in life is just to have a cooking show,” Kuzmic-Crocco says in a 5-minute preview of the show on the Oprah Winfrey Network and also posted to this story.

Originally the show was planned to be called “Kristina's Fearless Kitchen” but the name was later changed.

OWN – the Oprah Winfrey Network – is on Comcast channel 161 and Verizon Fios channel 226 in Hamilton and Wenham. It is also available on DirectTV and Dish Network.

Kuzmic-Crocco is a 1997 Regional graduate who already , becoming one of two co-winners of the “Your OWN Show.”

In addition to winning the show, Kuzmic-Crocco won $100,000 and a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox.

She emigrated to Wenham from Croatia when she was 15. She now lives in California.
