Gordon Among First to Commit to Green Chemistry

Gordon College has been one of the first colleges in the nation to make a green chemistry commitment.

The Gordon College in Wenham is one of the first 10 colleges to commit to “green chemistry,” reports Environmental Leader.

The Green Chemistry Commitment means that “all chemistry majors will have proficiency in the essential green chemistry competencies of theory, toxicology, lab skills and practical application.”

The commitment has the backing of Dow Chemical.
