Kids/Teens Baking: Muffins and Quickbreads

ages 8 and up

Come join our Pastry Chefs for a day or a week of cooking this summer vacation at Eurostoves in North Beverly. These classes are designed to teach kids and teens the art, science and fun of baking. We teach lessons that will last a lifetime by learning how to follow a recipe, basic baking and decorating skills, kitchen safety skills and good sanitation tips. Classes include: Muffins and Quick Breads, Cookies and Bars, Cupcake Wars, Yeast and Flatbreads.

Recipes include:

• Cheddar Soda Bread
• Quick Cinnamon Rolls with Buttermilk Icing
• Peach Streusel Muffins
• Apricot, Almond and Lemon Bread
• Popovers
