We look back at the top 10 priced homes that sold in Hamilton and Wenham in 2012. Look below the photos to see the addresses, prices and other details.
The top 10 priced homes sales in Hamilton and Wenham in 2012 ranged from $955,000 to $2.95 million. There were two home sales over $2 million, the first two homes over $2 million to sell in two years. The range of the top 10 homes was similar to 2011, when it ranged from $937,500 to $1.95 million.
Two of the homes made the list for the second year in a row. The home at 6 Black Brook Road sold for $1.8 million in 2011 and again . The home at 67 Walnut Road in Wenham sold for $1.05 million in 2011 and again for $1.16 million in 2012.
