Maciejowski, 50, of 20 Essex St., Wenham was charged with third offense operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation and resisting arrest. Officer Joe Achadinha made the arrest. Police said witnesses reported see a female, later identified as Maciejowski, unsteady on her feet as she was leaving Patton Park and headed to her vehicle. Police stopped her car and made the arrest.
