When Is Leaf Pickup This Fall in Hamilton?
There will be two roadside leaf pickup days, starting next month, in Hamilton.
The leaves are starting to pile up in your yard. So when will pickup happen this fall in Hamilton?
The first fall leaf pick up is on Saturday, Nov. 9 starting at 7 a.m.
The second and final pick up is on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 7 a.m.
These are the only two roadside pickup dates in Hamilton until late spring 2014.
Hamilton residents may drop off leaves for free at Brick Ends Farm at 464 Highland Street.
All leaves must be roadside by 7 a.m. Town officials say that multiple trucks picking up the leaves simultaneously across town.
Leaves must be in biodegradable bags or trash barrels and can not contain brush, branches or grass clippings.
