The parking bans says that no vehicle can be parked on the street from midnight to 8 a.m. for longer than an hour between Nov. 15 and March 31. It carries a $15 fine.

In past years, Wenham police officers have started out by handing out warnings to vehicles parked overnight during the ban.

The ban will remain in place as long as the storm lasts.
