The summonses were issued to a 17-year-old female from Beverly, a 16-year-old boy from Wenham, a 17-year-old female from Beverly and a 18-year-old from Marblehead. An 18-year-old male from Newburyport, in addition to a summons for being a minor in possession or transporting alcohol, was also issued a summons for unlawful possession of fireworks.

10:14 p.m. A car was stopped for allegedly speeding and the driver arrested at Bay Road and Sagamore Farm Road. Richard C. Marchwicz, 45, of 417 Central St., Manchester, N.H. was charged with second offense operating under the influence of liquor, speeding and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was held on $250 cash bail and arraigned on July 5 in Ipswich District Court. Officer Joe Achadinha made the arrest.

Sunday, July 1

12:08 a.m. A prisoner was transported to the Middleton House of Correction.

1:21 a.m. A woman was arrested after a car stop at Linden and Willow streets. Laurie A. Erhard, 50, of 80 Cedar St., Wenham was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to dim high beams. She was released on $40 cash bail and arraigned in Ipswich District Court in Newburyport on July 5. Officer Joe Achadinha made the arrest.

9:32 a.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop at Bay and Northedge roads.

10 a.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop at Bay Road and Erins Way.

10:08 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Gardner Street.

10:23 a.m. A written warning was issued after a car stop on Bay Road.
