Selectmen Slated to Vote on Town Manager Contract Monday

A look at what is on the plate for the Hamilton Board of Selectmen when it meets on Monday night at Hamilton Town hall.

The Hamilton Board of Selectmen have an agenda for Monday night's meeting that includes items that are expected to last only about a half hour.

But several items are of top importance, including consideration of approval of a renewal of Town Manager Michael Lombardo’s contract. His three year contract is up in April and the board and Lombardo have been negotiating a renewal in executive session during recent meetings.

The board is also slated to discuss a Payment-in-Lieu–of-Taxes program,  discuss discontinuing the “paper road” Gifford Road, and get an update and discuss issuing a Request for Proposal for the Patton Advisory Committee

The board meets at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Room on the first floor of Hamilton Town Hall.

There is also time for the public to speak - up to three minutes - on topics that aren't on the agenda. A complete copy of the agenda is attached to this story as a PDF.

The board next meets on Feb. 25.
