The Hamilton Board of Selectmen have an agenda for Monday night's meeting that includes items that are expected to last only about a half hour.

But several items are of top importance, including consideration of approval of a renewal of Town Manager Michael Lombardo’s contract. His three year contract is up in April and the board and Lombardo have been negotiating a renewal in executive session during recent meetings.

The board is also slated to discuss a Payment-in-Lieu–of-Taxes program,  discuss discontinuing the “paper road” Gifford Road, and get an update and discuss issuing a Request for Proposal for the Patton Advisory Committee
