Wednesday, April 25

9:45 a.m. Directions were given out.

1:02 p.m. A fire alarm activation at Jenks Hall at was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.

4:22 p.m. A suspicious person was reported on Topsfield Road.

6:47 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop at Arbor Street and Eddel Avenue.

Thursday, April 26

1:09 a.m. A suspicious person was reported at Grapevine Road and Charles Davis Drive. It was a Gordon College student out walking and smoking.

5:56 a.m. A suspicious person reported at Cherry Street and Virginia Place.

7:10 a.m. An animal call at a Patti Lane address was unfounded.

8:01 a.m. An alarm activation at the former Mullen Advertising on Essex Street was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.

8:43 a.m. Somebody was taken to the hospital with whiplash after a car crash at Topsfield and Puritan roads. One vehicle was driving north of Topsfield Road and was stopped to make a left turn into Puritan Road. Another car came along from behind and the driver was distracted and struck the stopped car. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the other three people refused transport. No charges were filed or tickets were issued in connection to the crash.

10:29 a.m. Information about an animal call on D’Ambrosio Way was given out.

4:17 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

4:42 p.m. A written warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.

7:58 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted on Maple Street.

8:36 p.m. A car stop was conducted on Cherry Street.

10:29 p.m. Assistance was rendered at Kimball Avenue address.

Friday, April 27

1:20 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

12:43 p.m. Animal control was called for an animal call on Charles Davis Drive.

12:55 p.m. A landlord and tenant dispute was reported on D’Ambrosio Way.

1:40 p.m. A vehicle complaint on Topsfield Road was given to Wenahm police.

2:45 p.m. An ambulance call to Grapevine Road was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.

3:19 p.m. Information was given out about a fire call at a Main Street address.

3:23 p.m. Paperwork was served on Burley Street.

3:43 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Arbor Street.

4:42 p.m. The person involved in a well-being check at Main and Perkins streets was gone when officers arrived.

7:20 p.m. Paperwork was served on Burley Street.

8:56 p.m. A Hamilton man was arrested after a call for a disabled vehicle on Grapevine Road. Jason H. Moore, 33, of 142 Gregory Island Road, was arrested on a warrant from another department.

10:47 p.m. Information was given out about an animal call at a Beaver Pond Road address in Beverly.

Saturday, April 12

12:17 a.m. Somebody was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after a 911 hang-up call or wrong dial from a Monument Street address.

8:50 a.m. An ambulance was called to Larch Row.

9:30 a.m. Information was given out about an animal call on Grapevine Road.

9:59 a.m. An animal call was handled on Dodge Street in Beverly.

10:02 a.m. Assistance was rendered at the on Main Street.

10:04 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Dodges Row.

10:22 a.m. A disturbance was reported on Main Street. It was Lyndon Larouche supporters who had set up a table in front of the post office.

10:59 a.m. Directions were given out.

11:24 a.m. A fire call was handled at an unspecified location in Wenham.

11:50 a.m. An ambulance was called to Iron Rail on Grapevine Road.

12:06 p.m. A vehicle was illegally parked on Perkins Street.

12:09 p.m. A bush fire on Porter Street was extinguished.

12:35 p.m. Assistance was rendered at the station.

3:16 p.m. Animal control was called to an unspecified location.

4:01 p.m. Suspicious activity was reported at a Main Street home. The resident came home to find the front door open. Officers checked the home and did not find a problem. It was believed that the wind blew open the door.

7:42 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Larch Row.

Sunday, April 29

9:44 a.m. Traffic control was conducted for church traffic on Main Street.

9:55 a.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Larch Row.

12:51 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Dodges Row.

1:46 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.

1:57 p.m. A well-being check was conducted at a Foster Street address.

4:42 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Topsfield Road.

5:29 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted on Grapevine Road.

7:01 p.m. A fire alarm at a Wallis Drive address was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.
