Monday was the last day of the filing period for school offices. The deadline for town offices was last week.
Monday was the final day that school candidates in Hamilton and Wenham could officially throw their hats into the ring. The town deadline closed last week.
With the filing periods now closed, individuals running for the various positions can post a letter and a photo announcing their candidacies on Bedford Patch.
By clicking this link, candidates can tell local voters why they are running for office and garner support on the campaign trail from now until the town elections.
Hamilton-Wenham Patch will also highlight candidacy letters on the site and share them on the Hamilton-Wenham Patch Facebook and Twitter pages to help candidates spread the word.
