Daniel Austin Jacques, 32, of 3 Skerry St., Salem, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs, failing to stop for police, second offense of operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction, possession of Class C drug, assault and battery on a police officer and speeding.
