12:52 a.m. A man was arrested after a car stop on Rubbly Road. Paul J. Monagle, 64, of 67 Southern Ave., Essex was charged with second offense operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

4:34 a.m. An alarm at on Main Street was caused by an accidental activation or false alarm.

7:52 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.

12:47 p.m. Beverly Airport security received a message warning that terrorists may be using small aircraft to conduct air attacks. The information was passed on to Wenham police since a portion of the airport is located in Wenham.

2:05 p.m. A written warning was issued after a car stop at Grapevine Road and Toppan Lane.

4:34 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Route 128 northbound north of exit 17.

5:35 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

5:36 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Main Street.

5:59 p.m. A medium size front-end loader flipped over on Monument Street while doing work at 7 Monument St. The driver, who was not named, was wearing his seatbelt and received minor cuts and bruises did not have to be taken to the hospital. He was checked out by Lyons ambulance. The incident left glass and dirt in the road and caused Monument Street to be closed for a time. A wrecker from Big Jim’s was able to flip the front-end loader back up on its wheels.

6:45 p.m. A lost and found call was handled at the Pingree Park playground.

7:23 p.m. Mutual aid was provided to Route 128 northbound between exits 17 and 16 for a motorcycle that crashed into a deer. State Police said that a 40-year-old Nahant woman that was a passenger on the 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle was injured and taken by ambulance to an unspecified hospital. The driver, a 49-year-old Peabody man whose name State Police did not release, was not injured. The deer died and was later removed by state Department of Transportation workers. No tickets were issued in connection with the crash, with remains under investigation, said State Police spokesman David Procopio.

8 p.m. Somebody was taken to the hospital after an ambulance call to Chase Hall at Gordon College.

8:46 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car crash on Topsfield Road.

9:09 p.m. A fire call for the smell of electrical burning was handled on Walnut Road.

9:23 p.m. Assistance was rendered on Topsfield Road.
