Wednesday, May 9

1:56 a.m. Somebody was transported to the hospital after an ambulance call to Rodger Reception Center at .

11:05 a.m. A suspicious vehicle reported on Main Street was gone when officers arrived.

2:45 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a Larch Lane address.

4:03 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a different Larch Lane address.

4:10 p.m. A problem involving phone calls was reported at the fire station.

4:45 p.m. An ambulance was called to Grapevine Road.

6:03 p.m. No police services were needed after a 911 hang-up or wrong dial call from a Grapevine Road address.

Thursday, May 10

7:10 a.m. Information was given out about an animal call on Juniper Street.

7:27 a.m. Assistance was rendered on Grapevine Road.

7:29 a.m. A disabled vehicle reported on Route 128 northbound was gone when officers arrived.

12:41 p.m. A fire alarm activation on Larch Lane was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.

1:13 p.m. The Fire Department provided mutual aid to a Sam Fonzo Drive address in Beverly for an alarm that was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.

3:27 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted on Cherry Street.

5:17 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted on Main Street.

6:39 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a Stanton Street address.

10:49 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a Mayflower Drive address.

11:41 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

Friday, May 11

9:46 a.m. A 911 hang-up or wrong dial call came from Pleasant Street.

11:45 a.m. Four people were taken to the hospital in an ambulance with minor injuries after a rear-end accident on Grapevine Road. One vehicle was stopped for construction when another vehicle came along from behind and struck it. Both cars were headed westbound on Grapevine Road near Route 128. One person was placed in a C-spine for emergency crews and the other three people were taken to the hospital to be checked out. Both cars had to be towed and no tickets were issued or charges filed.

12:15 p.m. Information was given out about a fire alarm at a Cherry Street address.

5:11 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted at Main and Monument streets.

7:03 p.m. A 911 hang-up call came from a Main Street address.

7:07 p.m. The Fire Department provided mutual aid to the Seven Hills Foundation on Trask Street in Beverly.

7:24 p.m. A car stop was conducted on Main Street.

8:25 p.m. A report was written after assistance was rendered at a Topsfield Road address. Somebody reported that there was suspicious activity occurring at the house but officers checked and did not find that anything out of the ordinary was going on.

9:22 p.m. Suspicious activity was reported at a Mayflower Drive address where a woman home with her children said someone rang the doorbell and she saw them run away across her lawn.

Saturday, May 12

2:42 a.m. A car stop was conducted on Main Street.

8:57 a.m. Assistance was rendered with construction equipment at a Perkins Street address.

9:57 a.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted on Grapevine Road.

1:36 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.

5:25 p.m. A disabled vehicle was assisted at Topsfield Road and Cedar Street.

6:21 p.m. Assistance was rendered to a mother at a Topsfield Road address where her 10-year-old son said he wanted to run away but did not run away.

7:05 p.m. A disabled vehicle on Route 128 southbound south of exit 16 was referred to another agency.

7:22 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

8:03 p.m. Assistance was rendered on Larch Row.

8:21 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.

9:13 p.m. Two suspicious vehicle were checked that were parked in the parking lot at and .

Sunday, May 13

1:18 a.m. A transport was conducted on Main Street.

3:37 a.m. The person who was the subject of a well-being check at a Hull Street address was gone when officers arrived.

8:34 a.m. A fire call was handled at a William Fairfield Drive address.

12:41 p.m. Hazards were reported at on Main Street.

3:34 p.m. Information about a white van headed south on Route 1A from Hamilton was given to Wenham police. Somebody reported that a white van pulled out of the Schooling Fields as three young girls were riding their horses there. The van headed south on Route 1A, the person told police.
