4:12 p.m. The Fire Department provided mutual aid to to standby for a MedFlight helicopter landing that was cancelled before it arrived.

Tuesday, Jan. 3

12:30 p.m. Assistance was rendered at .

1:16 p.m. Hazards were reported on Main Street.

4:17 p.m. A where a sport utility vehicle crashed into an utility pole, snapping the pole in half and sending the wires to the ground. The driver, Waldo A. Barton Jr. of Hamilton, did not suffer serious injuries. Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash and said Waldo will not be charged and will not be issued any tickets.

5 p.m. The was called to Cedar Street.

5:07 p.m. A firearms identification card application was received.

7:31 p.m. An ambulance call was handled at a Lake Avenue address.

11:31 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a Monument Street address.
