Wenham Car Theft Under Investigation

Wenham police are investigating the theft of a car out of the driveway of a home during the weekend.

The 2013 Honda Civic was discovered missing from a Topsfield Road home, near the Topsfield town line, on Sunday morning, Nov. 10, according to Wenham police Sgt. Chris Machain.

The resident woke up and found the car missing and called police.

The car has not been recovered and the case remains under investigation, Machain said.

There had also been some car break-ins – but no car thefts – along Route 97 just over the Topsfield town line during the same time, police said. Residents should remember to lock their cars and remove valuables, Machain said.
