Police Plan to 'Stuff a Cruiser' with Toys

Toys will be collected by the Hamilton Police Department to be donated to Boston Children's Hospital.

The Hamilton Police Department plans to stuff a police cruiser next month with toys for patients at Boston Children’s Hospital.

The event is planned for Saturday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the station, according to Police Chief Russell Stevens.

The department asks that the donated toys be unwrapped.

In addition to the effort to stuff the cruiser, Santa Claus will be there to meet children and hand out candy canes.
