Joshua Fleuriel, 26, of 22 Lake Shore Ave., Georgetown, was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony and larceny over $250. Sgt. Ken Nagy and Officer Andrew Neill made the arrest. After the arrest he was released on $2,000 cash bail and scheduled to be arraigned in Ipswich District Court in Newburyport on July 21.
