4:53 p.m. An arrest was made after a car stop on Essex Street. Onorio Lopez, 27, of 18 Etna Place, Lynn was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, giving a false name to a police officer and having a child under 5 years- old not in a car seat.
7:29 p.m. Medical attention was refused after an ambulance call to a Maple Street address.
7:44 p.m. The prisoner was transported to Middleton jail.
