12:47 a.m. A man was arrested after a car stop on Route 128 northbound. David Pratt, 26, of 129 Western Ave., Gloucester, was originally stopped because he had an arrest warrant. Police didn’t have any more details about the warrant. He was later charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, uninsured motor vehicle and having a failed inspection sticker.
