Chart: Level 3 Sex Offenders Per Community

This week's chart tallies the number of Level 3 Sex Offenders in each community.

The Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry keeps data on how many level three offenders live, work and go to school in each community.

Below is a breakdown per town. Often, there is some overlap in the number of sex offenders working in each town. For instance, an offender can live and work in a certain town and that number would be reflected in both the work and living columns even though it accounts for one person.

Arciero filed a bill that would put information about "Level 2" sex offenders online. The information would likely include their names, addresses, and photos.

Currently, people have to go down to their local police departments to get that information.

For more information, search the state's database.

Hey guys, Just a note, this is going out to multiple Patches in multiple towns. Here in Westford, the pictures and names of the sex offenders are available in the lobby of the Police Station, the entrance to Town Hall and the J.V Fletcher Library.
