meeting to discuss wages for Teaching

Assistants and Cafeteria workers.

The second was for not providing

the minutes in a timely fashion and

not providing them to a citizen

upon request in a timely fashion.

The AG did find that both violations

did happen but considers neither to be

intentional, and “we commend the

Committee for acknowledging the

latter violation and adopting a policy

intended to prevent similar violations

in the future”

However there are six footnotes

in the finding which point to the

seriousness of the violations.
