Actually there were two.

The first was for having an

executive session

meeting to discuss wages

for Teaching

Assistants and Cafeteria

workers.

The second was for not

providing the minutes in

a timely fashion and

not providing them to a

citizen upon request in

a timely fashion.

The AG did find that

both violations

did happen but considers

neither to be intentional,

and “we commend the

Committee for

acknowledging the

latter violation

and adopting a policy

intended to prevent

similar violations

in the future”

However there are

six footnotes

in the finding which

point to the

seriousness of the

violations.
