I am very relieved that multiple millions of dollars will not be placed on the taxpayers back for Pools, Soccer Fields, Artificial Turf and nature trails.

As far as the town manager is concerned it has always been understood that any design he proposes has to be approved by the BOS.

I was unaware of any restriction on senior housing distance requirements to the center of town.  I do believe most seniors don’t give up there cars at 65

Although recreation is one of the uses for the property along with housing etc.  I don not agree that it says it is the priority use.

Maybe misleading statement such as revenues generated from housing sales would pay for recreation endeavors should not be made.  Don’t you agree?
