Gordon Musical, Green Meadows Art and High School Sports

Our things to do this weekend span the towns from a musical at Gordon College to high school sports playoff games.

After several action-packed weekends full of local activities, we bring you a scaled back version of the "five things" column this week - three things to do.

We'll make it up to you because number three is actually three sports games rolled into one "thing to do."

The past few weekends have included great community events ranging from to, yes, in Hamilton.

Our third thing to do is catch some of the two towns' talented high school athletes. There are three high school sports teams in the post season tournament this weekend, and two of those teams play at home. The third, the girls' soccer team, plays on Sunday in Boston.

The action starts tonight at 7 p.m. in the high school gym when the enters the post season for the first time in five years and faces Bedford High School.

On Saturday the boys' soccer team at 2:30 against North Reading, a familiar foe the team has met twice already this season and has seen several times in recent years.

Then on Sunday in Boston, the girls' soccer team, which has been the turnaround story of the year and exceeded expectations, in Boston at 2:30 at Madison Park High School.

We'll have game wrap-ups and pictures here on Hamilton-Wenham Patch for each game.
