Five Things You Need to Know Today: March 15

Today is Tuesday, March 15. Here are five things you need to know:

1. Weather: Get ready, a 60 degree St. Patrick’s Day in coming. Seriously. But until then, Tuesday offers a sunny day with temperatures around 40 degrees.

2. Wenham Woman: Tuesday is the deadline to to be awarded a makeover from the Wenham Village Improvement Society. The nominee has to be a Wenham woman 25 years old or older. The winner will be awarded “a total beauty and fashion makeover” by , , Elizabeth Berthod from sac A Main and Tracy Conley of Beadorables.

3. Facebook: Hamilton-Wenham Patch is on Facebook and the page is updated several times a day with news, events and discussions that can’t be found anywhere else.

4. Daylight Saving: We have two days of , and what a joy. The sun was out until about 7 p.m. after we moved our clocks ahead by an hour on Saturday night. We happened to notice there’s still at least one clock that still needs to be changed – the one on the second floor of downtown building. It was still an hour behind as of Monday afternoon.

5. Wenham Selectmen: The Wenham Board of Selectmen meets on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at . The board , with a review of warrant articles being considered for the in May and the board will hear about a proposal to change the way the town conducts each fall by charging a fee for the pickup.
