Local drivers feel that the intersection of Grapevine Road and Larch Road in Wenham is the most dangerous intersection in the two towns, according to respondents in Hamilton-Wenham Patch’s unscientific Facebook poll.
Each Tuesday, Patch posts a local poll question and on Thursday we bring you the results.
This week, drivers said it was the major intersection of Larch Row and Grapevine Road in Wenham – just east of Four Corners – that they feel is the most dangerous. It could be the blind curve just to the west of the intersection and the high volume of traffic in the area that makes it so tough. If you are trying to pull out from Grapevine Road, eastbound drivers on Larch Row can really sneak up on you fast.
The intersection of Main Street and Cherry Street, in front of , in Wenham also received a significant number of votes. Five votes each said that Monument Street in front of the and the intersection of Bay and Walnut roads in Hamilton were dangerous.
A total of 45 Facebook fans voted in the poll, one of the largest Facebook poll responses in recent weeks. Check back on Hamilton-Wenham Patch and our Facebook page next Tuesday for another poll question.
