Annual Census Forms

To The Residents of Wenham:

Early January, an Annual 2014 Town Census and information pertaining to a dog license was mailed to nearly every household in Wenham.  For those of you who have returned the form(s), thank you so much.  So far, the response has been overwhelming and I am thrilled at the response.  If you have not returned your form, it’s not too late.  By doing so, you will be counted in the annual census, keep your name on our active voting list, allow us to have a better idea how many residents are in town, which assists us in applying for state/federal grants, and saves the Town Clerks office time and money in sending out a second notice.  In regards to the dog licenses, the late fee is waived during the month of February so there is still time to register your dog and avoid the late fee.  Within the next few weeks, I will be updating our voter’s list and street list.  If you have not returned the form, please do so immediately.  The form can be mailed to my attention at the Town Hall, or emailed to treid@wenhamma.gov.  The census form needs your confirmation of the pre-printed information.  If the information is not correct, just make the necessary changes directly on the form, along with your signature.  Should there be any questions regarding the census or dog licenses, please do not hesitate to call me at 978-468-5520 x1.
