Left Turn on to 1A Adds to Local Commute Time
The left turn out onto Route 1A can add time to the local commute, according to Patch readers.
Making a left turn out onto Route 1A maybe the one intersection in the two towns that adds the most time to the local commute.
On Facebook, local resident Abby Hodgkins called it “tricky” trying pull out on to Route 1A from Linden, Monument or Cherry streets in Wenham.
Additionally, Trudy Reid said she, too, finds that turn “difficult,” especially during the morning and late afternoon hours.
