What's Open and Closed in Hamilton and Wenham on New Year's Day

Wednesday is New Year’s Day, which is a federal holiday.

CVS: Store, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.; pharmacy closed

Dunkin Donuts: 6 a.m.- 8 p.m.

These local businesses are closed on Wednesday: Connolly's Pharmacy and Wenham Tea House.

Hamilton Town Hall and Wenham Town Hall are closed. Hamilton-Wenham Public Library is closed.

There is no trash pickup on Wednesday and trash pickup is delayed by a day for the rest of the week.

The post offices in Hamilton, South Hamilton and Wenham are all closed and there is no mail delivery on Wednesday.

The MBTA commuter rail trains to and from Hamilton-Wenham station will run on a Sunday schedule.
