4. 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV SE — $25,300
Aside from the unpronounceable model name, this is a sweet little all-electric number. The cost is on the low side for full electric cars. Mileage-wise it gets 126 in the city, 99 on the highway. The model is newly for sale in the Northeast after being introduced to the U.S. on the West Coast. Available at Michaud Mitsubishi in Danvers. 5. 2007 Toyota Prius Touring — $12,995
