NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TREE REMOVAL
Under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 87, Section 3 a public hearing will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Board of Selectmen's Room at Wenham Town Hall, 138 Main St., Wenham, MA to accept public comment regarding the removal of the following shade trees.
Any person objecting to the removal of one or more of these trees must make their objection in writing at or before this public hearing.
12 White Pine trees, along the North side of Main St., from the pedestrian crossing to Arbor St. (at the South end of the "Car Barn lot") SN 2/4, 2/11/14
