Nia Fitness Fusion

 Through Movement We Find Health.  Nia combines 9 movement forms to give you a full body workout. The dance, yoga, and martial arts keep you moving in a centered and creative way that lubricates your joints and gets your heart rate up. 

Nia believes that if we can tap into joy and pleasure while moving, we get a balanced workout, one that integrates to body, mind and spirit. This practice is mindful and conscious, like yoga and martial arts, and teaches you to move your own way. Give it a try.
