Free Fitness Classes during October

This is a class for those who like to dance to music, want to become more fit, and want to have fun! We will dance to lively music while working our muscles, lubricating our joints and kicking up our heels.

Are you interested in a movement practice that will not only motivate you to feel good about your body but is hands down, FUN! The Nia Technique is just that — a fitness and lifestyle program for every Body! A combination of dance, martial arts, yoga and healing arts. It is adaptable for all fitness abilities.

This "Feel Good"  "Get in your body" bodywork emphasizes finding joy and pleasure in our workout that is safe and effective. The dynamic music is an eclectic mix of styles from pop, rock n' roll, soul, latin, funk, and world beats.
