Mediterranean Cooking with Local Foods

Nothing says fresh like Mediterranean cuisine and farm fresh
ingredients! We will capture the flavor of the Mediterranean by preparing two
incredibly delicious vegetable dishes—a light but bold fish dish and a fruit
crumble packed with the Mediterranean’s favorite nut, the walnut. If you can’t
travel to the Mediterranean for the winter, why not learn to cook like they do
and eat at home!
