Gluten Free Breads, Pastas and Pizza Cooking Class
The class will start with an overview of the diet, substitution suggestions, and hints on how to live your life gluten free. Then we’ll dive right in and make delicious, gluten-free versions of the things you miss the most when cutting out regular flour: bread, pizza, and pasta. We will sit down at the end of the workshop and enjoy a full meal together.
